Ileana next film in Tolly Wood with pawan kalyan and trivikram srinivas

 
                   Ileana is currently shooting for Barfii in Mumbai and the question on people's mind was what project she would sign on next? The actress has a good foothold in the south and with her debut in Bollywood, she's seen as competition to other south actresses making their foray into B-Town.

The actress already has another B-Town project in her kitty as of now — the Bollywood remake of Vettai starring Shahid Kapoor — but she is yet to sign the contract.

Now, the latest news is that Ileana has opted for a Telugu film! Even as the audio of her Julayi with director Trivikram Srinivas is set to be launched, we hear the actress has been roped in for his next with Pawan Kalyan. While Ileana couldn't be reached for comment, her spokesperson confirms, "Yes, Ileana will be doing Trivikram Srinivas's next film with Pawan Kalyan. She had been approached for the role a while before, and now, the formalities are through. She will start work on the project in August."

She is also intently listening to scripts in Tamil as well. Her spokesperson tells, "She has been getting several offers post Shankar's Nanban (Tamil remake of 3 idiots), but she wants her next in Tamil to be equally good."

And how true are the reports that she's shifted to a new pad in Mumbai with her parents? "Ileana's family is still in Goa, but they own a house in Bandra, which they have rented out. Whenever she's shooting in the city, she still stays in hotels," her spokesperson clarifies.

Ileana biography

Ileana was born in Mumbai on 19th August 1987. After completing graduation she joined films. From her childhood itself she dreamed to become an actress. Modeling and advertisements gave her a good platform for her entry into the movie world. The director of Ileana’s debut movie spotted her from a popular fairness cream advertisement film and gave her the offer in his movie. Ileana’s debut film was 'Devadas' opposite newcomer Ram directed by famous Telugu director Y.V.S. Chowdhary. This film was one of the big hits of 2006 and earned her much praise for her performance. Ileana got many offers after that film and she instantly became a hot property in Tollywood.
Then came immensely popular Telugu film ‘Pokiri’ with young actor Mahesh Babu, which made her the heartthrob of Tollywood. The film went on to being the biggest hit in Tollywood. ‘Pokiri’ earned her reviews and fame and so many offers from Tollywood. She became a huge hit with the B and C class audiences. Her success in Telugu film industry is often credited to her good chemistry with top actors like Mahesh Babu.

This is the first time Allu Arjun is working with Ileana and he is already picking up tips from her. Not for acting, but beauty.
“Well, I honestly feel that women are good with beauty products. So she told me how to get rid of my tan,” he laughs.
It’s not surprising that the stars were exchanging beauty tips considering their hectic schedules, wherein Bunny ended up working “18 hours a day”. “Ileana is an established actress, so unlike others I didn’t have to look out for her or go out of my way to care about her,” he says.
Thanks to his packed schedule, he hasn’t even watched his cousin Ram Charan Teja’s movie Rachcha, for which he wrote on his site “waiting for a bang”.
“You know this is the first time I have missed watching his movie. But so far I have heard that it’s doing commercially very well. That’s good for me because I’ve always felt that his success and positive energy rubs off even on my projects,” says Allu Arjun.
About the movie Julayi that he and Ileana are working on, the star says, “Don’t confuse it with the month July.”
He adds that the look of the movie will be released on April 8, his birthday. About his plans for the day he says, “Nothing exciting planned for the day. Apart from launching the look of the movie, perhaps I’ll throw a quiet party and invite my friends.”
Talking about Julayi, which means carefree and aimless wandering in Telugu, Bunny says, “The character is exactly like me. So, I could easily relate to it.”
